Foam Roller
To assist in the healing of muscle injuries, we may recommend a foam roller. This is used for self-massage to release muscle tightness or trigger points (see article on trigger points). Like deep tissue massage, foam rollers are used to work out the knots in your muscles by applying pressure to specific points on your body.
Using a foam roller will help your muscles become more elastic, healthy, and strong, in the fastest possible time. We will explain exactly how to perform this exercise so that your treatment is safe and effective.
